Kupie and Kupco Designs (here after "the List") do not write the joke/story/article (here after "joke") and the List does not claim to own any copyright privileges to the joke.  The joke was submitted to the List as an item for the mailing list, and it was sent solely on the basis of its quality.

The joke does not express the views, feelings, or beliefs of the List. Each joke is screened for content.  Content that is considered vulgar or inappropriate by the List will not be sent out to the list.  The List will decide what and what not to send out, however your feedback is welcome.

The joke that is sent is guaranteed to do nothing for you.   It may make you smile, laugh, roll hysterically on the floor, get angry, and possibly yell uncontrollably. The List is not responsible for any side effects from the jokes.

The List does not add nor remove people at random.  Each email address request is added or removed at the earliest possible convenience through software.  Your email address will never be given out or sold to a third party.

The List reserves the right to include advertising or other information in the joke.
